  • Train The Trainer

A curriculum designed to help you create and develop manuals and modules to facilitate DEI trainings within your organization and greater community long term.

    We will train your staff members on the content of the curriculum by teaching the fundamental principles of DEI and provide them with facilitation tips and training.

    The train the trainer curriculum is an intensive course designed to help staff become well-versed in DEI principles and practices by providing them with the best tools and materials in the industry. Upon completion of series staff will be able to successfully facilitate DEI trainings.

  • DEI In Tech

    Implicit bias in software and technological design has already been proven to negatively and disproportionately impact consumers from minoritized community. The purpose of this curriculum is to ensure that tech professionals are cognizant of the ways implicit bias impacts product designs and consumers.

    We offer trainings on the following topics:

    • Binary Code; Non-Binary People: Gender equity in tech

    • Accessibility in Tech: Understanding how ableism led to exclusion of people with disabilities in tech

  • Equitable Healthcare Practices

    Equitable healthcare should be a guarantee within the medical system. Yet, the data on the experiences of persons with marginalized identities shows that trainings designed to eliminate implicit bias in the healthcare system are a necessity.

    We offer trainings on the following topics:

    • Confronting and eliminating racial disparities in healthcare

    • Gender Affirming Care: Building provider’s confidence when treating transgender patients

    • Eliminating ableism in provider-patient relationships

    • Confronting and eliminating weight stigma and ensuring fat patients receive quality medical care

    Intersectionality is an analysis tool that helps us understand the ways in which identiy-based systems of oppression and power compound and intersect.

    • Intersectionality in practice: laws and policies that are unintentionally exclusionary

    This curriculum is designed to support students, teachers and staff foster classrooms where students of all backgrounds and identities can flourish. With a focus on intersectionality, this curriculum is designed to ensure that all students are seen, heard, respected and celebrated.

    • Race and discipline: Understanding how implicit racial bias affects discipline practices

    • Compliance: Understanding how new laws and policies affect how DEI is implemented in schools
