We have a client-focused, equity-driven, justice-centered approach to our services. We understand that many of our clients reach out to us because of a crisis or because they have identified issues within their organization that they are struggling to fix.

We pride ourselves in being problem solvers and change makers; but we also believe in our clients’ abilities to become change makers themselves. We support our clients through organizational shift, guide them through difficult conversations and mentor them through the implementation process.

Our facilitators incorporate social justice and anti-racism pedagogical theorems to challenge our clients to confront intersecting forms of oppression that can lead to the marginalization of employees, students, and community members from non-dominant cultural backgrounds.
